  • We list your event opportunity on our upcoming events page and vendor opportunities page. You provide us with a promotional graphic and we link to the event website for interested vendors & sponsors to sign up and get more information about your event.
  • We promote your event once a week on our Facebook and social media channels. You provide us with event promotional graphic and a short paragraph to use in the weekly post.

Event Promotional Package-$100 (One Time Fee)

  • Premium placement of your event opportunity on our upcoming events page, vendor opportunities page, and HOME PAGE. You provide us with a promotional graphic and we link to the event website for interested vendors & sponsors to sign up and get more information about your event.
  • Your event opportunity included in our bi-weekly newsletter emailed out to our vendors and vendors who have signed up for our newsletter & mailing list.
  • DAILY promotion of your event on our Facebook and social media channels. You provide us with event promotional graphic and a short paragraph to use in the DAILY post.
WE NEED VENDORS!

(We secure vendors/sponsors for you and manage your vendor market area)

  • No risk or out of pocket cost. 50/50 split of revenue we generate for your event.
  • We oversee and run a campaign to secure vendors and sponsors for your event. We covet the costs of the ads, registration process, communication with vendors, and providing an on site event coordinator to oversee the Vendor Market area vendor area will be setup throughout your event.
  • We get your approval in regards to pricing, hours, and location in which the vendor area will setup.
  • All vendors provide their own tents, tables, and chairs (if not provided for them).
  • All vendors are covered under our liability insurance policy.
  • Your organization approves all vendors prior to participation.
  • We cut you a check for your 50% of the vendor and sponsorship registration revenue one week prior to the event.
  • We run a social media campaign to promote your event daily on our social media channels and website.
  • We can work with events of all sizes whether you have space for 10 vendors or 100.
  • On average our campaigns generate a few extra thousand dollars for the events we work with.
